Custom Order Terms & Conditions

1. Order Submission & Acceptance

  • Submitting a custom order request does not guarantee fulfillment.

  • Your order is only confirmed once full payment is received.

2. Design & Fabric Selection

  • We do our best to match your requested colours, themes, and style.

  • All items are handmade, so slight variations may occur.

  • If your requested fabric is unavailable, we’ll offer similar options for your approval.

3. Processing Time

  • Standard turnaround time is 2–3 weeks after payment.

  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee of $30—please let us know in your form if you require this option.

  • Extended timeframes may occur during holidays or sales—we'll keep you informed.

4. Payment

  • Full payment is required before we begin creating your item.

  • Custom quotes are valid for 7 days. If unpaid, your order slot may be released.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes can be made within 24 hours of submitting your request.

  • After 24 hours, we begin sourcing materials and changes may not be possible.

  • Custom orders are non-refundable, but we will do our best to ensure you’re happy with your order.

6. Shipping

  • All regular custom orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Mail or another selected method of your choice.

  • All rush orders are shipped via Purolator Express Mail or another selected method of your choice.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting.

  • Orders can also be picked up at a mutually arranged time.
  • Local delivery is also available for a fee.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

8. Inspiration & Photo Use

  • You’re welcome to submit reference photos or design inspo.

  • We may photograph and share completed custom orders on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we don’t, just let us know in your form.
