Custom Order Guidelines

We love creating unique pieces for your little ones! Before submitting your request, please take a moment to review the following guidelines so we can ensure the best experience possible:

📆 Processing Time

  • Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity and fabric availability.
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee—please mention your timeline in the form.

👗 Styles Available

We currently accept custom requests for:

  • Dresses
  • Rompers
  • Shirt & Pants Sets
  • Matching Sibling Sets
  • Accessories (bonnets, bows, bowties, suspenders)

If you have something special in mind that’s not listed, we’re happy to hear about it!

🎨 Fabric Choices

  • We offer a rotating selection of prints, including African wax prints, seasonal patterns, and solids.
  • You may request a specific colour scheme or pattern. If it’s not available, we’ll offer similar options.

📏 Sizing

  • Please provide accurate sizing based on your child’s age or clothing size (e.g., 12-18 months, 2T, etc.).
  • For best results, include any special measurements or fit preferences in the “Special Requests” section.

💳 Pricing & Payment

  • Custom pricing varies based on style and fabric. After reviewing your request, we’ll send you a quote and invoice via email.
  • Payment in full is required before production begins.
  • Once payment is received, your custom order is officially in the queue!

🔄 Changes & Cancellations

  • Minor changes can be made within 24 hours of submitting your request.
  • After 24 hours, we begin sourcing materials—at which point changes may not be possible.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable, but we’ll work closely with you to make sure you love your final piece!

📦 Shipping

  • All regular custom orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited
  • All rush orders are shipped via Purolator Express
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is complete and on its way.
